Jim Eaton is the chief technical officer and resident expert in all things nerd. He's spent his career writing code, optimizing application performance, managing people and projects, and generally getting stuff done. Jim has worked across most major industries including: healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services.

Having started his career as level 3 software support, Jim understands the importance of stable and operational systems. He moved on to writing datadriven applications for business - large transactional data sets, no problem. Jim successfully led the transformation to cloud and mobile for a large pharmaceutical company by converting the legacy CRM application to modern cloud based solutions. He created mobile first applications and the release management processes to govern development at the speed of business.

Jim does more than just application development. He has many years of demonstrated success leading IT organizations. While at a large financial institution Jim led the project delivery team supporting the digital and retail businesses. His team delivered game changing projects that transformed the online experience, created new ways to execute payments and how employees leverage technology. And he transformed his team into an agile delivery group along the way!

He has a degree in math science from The Ohio State University and a PMP certification.
